What do you do if your purchase does not work?
Wrong Size or wrong item shipped: In the event your item is the wrong size, wrong fit, or just isn't what you expected we will gladly take your item back for return or exchange in New condition, in the original packaging, and with the tags still attached. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or Michael@shoeboxalb.com and tell us your order number, what the issue is, and whether you want a replacement and we will gladly send you a label for you to return the item to us. Once the item has been placed in transit we will ship out the replacement item to you. Please do not attach shipping label directly to shoe box as it will damage the box and could be subjected to a re-boxing fee. Please note that all returns that are not defective will have the return shipping deducted from the refund.
Defective Merchandise: We offer a 6 month manufactures defect warranty on all the items we sell. Typically a manufacturers defect will happen within the first 3 months of wear of the product. Items covered typically are sole separation, stitching, eyelets, and liners. Items not covered include holes in the toe of the shoes, laces, insoles, and normal wear and tear. We encourage you to send a picture of the item to us at email@example.com and we can make a better determination of whether or not it's wear and tear or manufacturers defect.
Mocc Toe boots are not warrantied against welding. Welding has been known to have slag, sparks, and grinds drop across the top of boots and burn out the stitching causing the boot to open up or become separated. (Mocc Toe Boots are not designed for welding) If you have a question about whether the boot you are looking at is ideal for your job please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help you select the right boot for your job.
In the event it is a manufacturers defect we will send you a label and be happy to replace the item.
30 Day Comfort Guarantees: All items with a 30 day comfort guarantee are handled by the manufacturer and must be done within the 30 day window from purchase.
